Pickup in Store
If you would like to pick your order up in the store, please allow 1 hour after your order is finalized and it will be ready. This applies during normal business hours. Any order made outside of business hours will be ready at the start of the next business day.
All orders over $100 ship FREE! This total is after any applied discounts. Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We currently ship via USPS and only in the continental United States. If you need a different carrier or shipped elsewhere, please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate you.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Magnolia or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns and Exchanges
All discounted sales are final. Regular price items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All holiday/event merchandise cannot be returned within 14 days of the holiday/event. Must have receipt, original tags, and no damages or odors. Refunds will be given in the same method as purchase. All Hollywood Fashion Secret, swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry & food/beverage items are final - no returns or exchanges. Please contact us before returning your order.
We do inspect all orders before shipping, so if your order arrives damaged please send a picture of the defect immediately upon receipt. You must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of product(s) and we will send a prepaid shipping label.
