Shipping & returns

Pickup in Store

If you would like to pick your order up in the store, please allow 1 hour after your order is finalized and it will be ready. This applies during normal business hours. Any order made outside of business hours will be ready at the start of the next business day.


All orders over $100 ship FREE! This total is after any applied discounts. Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We currently ship via USPS and only in the continental United States. If you need a different carrier or shipped elsewhere, please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate you.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Magnolia or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. We do inspect all orders before shipping to prevent this, so please send a picture of the defect immediately upon receipt. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return.  If a return has to be made for either reason mentioned above you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of product(s) and we will send a prepaid shipping label.

All other returns made for any reason will result in store credit or an exchange - no refunds. It must be received by us within 15 days of the date of purchase.
